Please buy with very carefully of confirmed Size, Colour and quantity of all clothes.
If you have ordered from our online shop, you are welcome to return the item by following the process mentioned below. Though if you have purchased our product from one of our counters, you are requested to approach to the store in question.
Return Initiate: Within 10 days of order delivery.
Return Timeline: Pickup initiated within 72 hours of request.
Pickup Timelines: Within 3 days of return initiation, Maximum 3 attempts will be made for pickup
Exchanges: We offer Free Size Exchange for all our orders, simply talk to us on Live Chat, email us at email@example.com for your order exchange,
Refund: The refund can be taken in Bank account, PayTm or Store Credits according to your choice.
How to return an item?
- Kindly make sure the item to be returned is unused , unwashed and has all the original tags as provided with the original packaging
- Once you place a request for refund/ exchange, we generate a return pickup number for you. The pickup for the product is done within 3 days of the return. Please note we can arrange the pickup only 3 times within a time span of 15 days, in case the pickup is not done due to the customer unavailability, we are not liable to accept the return after that.
In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which pickup from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs.100 as the courier charges. We recommend using India Post to ship your product.
Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package.When returning your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your return item.
- Package the product in the same package, along with all the original tags.
- In case the package in which the product was sent is not re-usable, we request you to use a secure polybag or box for the packaging.
- Please make sure that you take a confirmation slip of the pickup from the pickup boy.
- Once the package reaches us it will go through a quality check and the return will be accepted. Once the return is accepted, the refund is initiated and completed within 24-48hrs.
In case you have not received any return slip in your package kindly mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will provide you with the same. The replacement or exchange is complimentary only one time for your order.
For minor color and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.
Please note Items which are for Final Sale or Accessories such as Innerwear, Socks or Sunglasses cannot be exchanged or Returned.
Please note no Refunds are allowed on product price of Rs. 349 and below. Only Exchanges in case of Size and defective items are accepted.
